5” Operator panel PLC controlled driver system ensures fast screwing of reinforcement profiles at any intervals. Automatic profile off-loading system provides space for the next profile to ensure continuous operation. Screwing distance can be adjusted automatically according to different profile cross-section sizes. Profile dimensions and screwing intervals can be entered manually on the screen. Screw feed is automatic. Automatic screw depth stop system independent from profile height. Pneumatic clamping system is active during process.
