DV- 410

DV-410 performs screwing and triple handle drilling operations on PVC profiles in one machine controlled by computer. System has the capacity to stack 10 profiles (Max. profile length 5000 mm). It can make precise screwing and triple drilling through servo motors. The system is equipped double screw-driving units, stable and dynamic units operate simultaneously. Profile unloading system is automatic. Screwing positions can be adjusted according to different profile section sizes. Screw feed is automatic. Automatic screw depth stop system works independent of the profile height. During the process, the pneumatic profile fixing system is activated.
