The FAC-100 is an assembly system that automatically screws together frame and sash frames. The standard machine maximum size is 144” x 96”. It has up to 2 mullions in the standard machine. There are 2 screws at every corner with an automated screw feeder system at each screw head. . The FAC-100 is all servo driven with the option of bar code or manual input.
