FAC- 848 Automated Patio Door Frame Assembly Machine

FAC- 848

The FAC-848 is an automated frame assembly system. It can be adapted for patio door frames, patio door sash or panels, window frames or window sash. The innovation in this system is its ability to optionally: 1. Pre-drill and 2. insert a screw under CNC control within a relative XY co-ordinate system programmable at each corner. It has a capacity of frames as large as 10′ wide x 14′ high by 14 inch depth. It can be adapted for almost any profile configuration. Once the profile is set up, initiation of the cycle can be wither by scan of a bar code size, direct input on screen or batch file execution. The typical cycle time for a 10′ x 12′ patio door frame with 5 screws per corner is 2 minutes and 30 seconds, including loading and unloading. Corners are assembled square and precise. Autofed screws up to 3.5 inches long. Requires only ONE operator.
