The KT-804 Sash Assembly Machine is designed to assemble high quality and standard accessories serially on aluminum or PVC window and door wings of different sizes and systems. During the collection of windows and door wings, it provides time optimization by performing the different operations required for the assembly of different accessories on a single workbench. Using the KT-804 Wing Collection Machine, the operations performed in the Copy Milling or Machining Center such as triple arm drilling and opening of the espagnolette channel can both create a spare production capacity and provide a solution for these operations. After the window or door leaf is placed on the bench by the operator, the wings are fixed automatically with the press coming from the bottom, and the inside of the wing is measured by the machine for accessory cutting.
