RC-600 Reinforcement Steel Profile Cutting Center is designed to perform computer controlled cutting of reinforcement steel profiles used in PVC profiles in a single station. Production speed and quality standardization are ensured by automatically pre-cutting the reinforcement steels in lengths suitable for PVC profiles while time labor resources are optimized.
Overview
- Automatic and fast cutting of reinforcement profiles at different lengths
- Loading of 5-10 profiles (max. 6,5 m length)
- Automatically feeds the profiles from the loading magazine, cuts at the desired length
- The 420 mm sawblade diameter enables cutting of wide profiles
- Accurate cutting lengths due to servo system.
- The cut work pieces are automatically moved to off-loading station
- Able to measure with optimization for the minimum waste profiles
- The sawblade feed speed can be adjusted
- 7″ touchscreen monitor
- All errors can be seen on the screen with interface program developed by Haffner software engineering
- Problem identification, solution and servicing by means of remote connection
- Data transfer is available via network and connection or USB interface
