TA- 421

TA-421 Automatic Single Miter Saw can easily cuts Aluminum profiles with a 650 mm diameter and working with the “oncoming” principle. It has a strong construction specially designed for cutting quality, length and angle precision.

Overview

  • Solid cast construction for length and angle accuracy.
  • Length and cutting accuracy due to strong construction and linear bearing system
  • Position accuracy possible with angle deviations is less than 0.1°.
  • Pivot and tilt angle in control panel
  • 650 mm (19.69 in.) diameter saw blade enables accurate cutting of different profile sizes.
  • Profile lifting bars
  • Automatic closing safety hood to protect the employee
  • 2 vertical and 1 horizontal clamping system to ensure optimum profile fixing
  • Data transfer by means of network connection or USB
  • Item number, length dimensions, angles and quantities can be programmed on the control panel. (2000×10: Able to cut in different program.
  • The tilt and pivoting rotation movements of the saw are made by servo controller
